Kamal Morar, MD, is board certified in vascular and interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology. Dr. Morar is a leading fibroid specialist and interventional radiologist at American Fibroid Centers in Ohio. He earned his medical degree from the St. George’s University School of Medicine, followed by an internship at St. Joseph’s Mercy Hospital.
Dr. Morar also completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Providence Hospital and a fellowship in vascular interventional radiology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. As of 2022, Dr. Morar has completed more than 30,000 interventional radiology procedures, which includes uterine fibroid embolization (UFE).
Dr. Morar proudly offers hundreds of women each year an increased quality of life using uterine fibroid embolization, a minimally invasive treatment that is a safer and less invasive alternative to hysterectomy and other major surgery.
